In my weekly update....
"If you're having a boy, you and your partner will want to take some time to think about whether or not to have your baby circumcised. Find out the pros and cons from your doctor, and what the procedure involves."
Ummm...I didn't know people still considered the other option? Did you? One circumcision for me please! Sure it cost an extra $400 but I'm pretty sure my son will thank me later on down the road!
Aww, poor Lukey Baby. I still remember the torture he went through but I'm 110% he doesn't ha. I could hear him crying down the hall, OMGosh it was seriously heartbreaking. And the first diaper change, it was a pain in my heart I can't describe. **Any new mommy's to little boys: be gentle & make sure to use vasoline every.single.time && stock up on the vasoline before you leave the hospital, your going to need it when you have to go to his doctor's visits. Your going to die when you see what the have to do to his little pp :(**
We are down to the single digits!!! 9 weeks!!! Ahhhh, I thought this day was never going to get here. I have been feeling 'pretty' good. Of course, the usual heartburn, bh contractions, achiness, tiredness..but that comes with the territory & I'm okay with it. Because when I feel that little boy moving around inside my belly, I completely forget about all of the agony that goes along with it. Sooo blissfully happy right now :)
I do, however completely disagree with my weekly pregnancy calender saying this baby is the size of a squash. He's been the size of a squash apparently for 2 weeks!? He sure of heck feels a lot bigger than that ... jeesh!
Logan,
I am sorry for the singing. I know I'm terrible. Your brother tells me to shush every time I open my mouth to belt out a tune. But your just going to have to deal for a few more weeks. I just can't contain myself when it's just me & you in the car. I love you!

Lol thats funny. Wyatt tells me to me quiet also. We did the circumcision to with Wyatt and we are doing it with this one. I hate when they do it and then you see your little guy afterwards and he is all upset. At least they do not remember it, so thats a good thing.
Oh my gosh, that is the one thing I do not envy about mamas of boys!
I do know some people who don't choose circumcision...I think they're nuts, but they do exist! And I know of at least one adult who decided to get circumcised. Parents: do your kids a favor and get it over with when they won't remember! :)
An adult?!?! OMGosh. CRINGING!!!!! bahaha
Adrien! I can't WAIT til you have BOY!!! I'm going to start a handbook for you now :)
You are cracking me up. We didn't think twice about the decision, but I'm dreading that day already. I'm pretty sure Baby J is way more than the "watermelon" size that they keep telling me. I think he'll be coming out walking. :) It sure feels that way right now.
Dane would kill me for sharing this story but Oops...
When he was born he was circumcised, but the doctor didn't "snip" enough off. And when he was about 3 his mom took him back to the hospital and had them fix it, and he said he can still to this day remember the pain and discomfort from it!! Eeekkk!!
Mommas- make sure if they do it, they do it right!!!!!!
OMG!!! Poor Dane :(
That is absolutely terrible!!
