keeping us on our toes

Oh Luke Matthew, how you keep our life interesting. 15 seconds go by & Luke is out of sight, and I don't hear a giggle, infamous NOOOOO, or jibber jabber going on. Mom Alert went off right away! Got up from the dinner table to search for my suspcious baby boy. Sure enough, he was up to no good. Someone (cough cough PAPA!) left the bathroom door open. Attention to Mommy's of non-mobile children, start practicing closing your bathroom door NOW! Never ever ever leave it open. Unless you want your toothbrush in the trash can and your child to play in the toilet bowl like it's a mud puddle!

He had somehow managed to open one of the drawers that "locked" him in the bathroom. I could open it a smidge, just enough to see his reflection in the mirror (and him taking EVERYTHING out of every single drawer) Papa worked real hard to try and open the door, but it wasn't happening. Then everyone in the house attempted to persuade Luke to shut the drawer. Of course that didn't happen either. Eventually Travis had to go outside and put our poor little nephew through the bathroom window to save our crazy child. Haha. Oh LB! :)

Hahaha...my little brother definitely did that a couple of times.... Unfortunately, he never meant to, and he was too little to figure out how to fix the problem, so he was usually crying the whole time we tried to figure out how to get him the heck out of there!
