I had this overwhelming sense of guilt that I have not blogged in a week or maybe it was just an excuse to take a break. I'm super busy with school this week, so I have been trying to avoid facebooking/blogging/tv/life until this weekend. BUT I just HAVE to get a break from the books. (Even if it is just talking to myself on here for a few minutes) Gosh, I'm going looloo....
Some updates & things on my mind:
It's Wednesday. Is it sad that I look forward to Wednesdays not because it's only 2 days away from Friday but that the North County News comes out. I am turning into my Grandma.
If you haven't seen Travis in awhile, he was growing a full out ZZ Top beard for hunting season. It was repulsive! Some men just can NOT pull off facial hair. My husband would be one of them! YIKES! After telling him that I wasn't even attracted to him with that nastiness on his face he shaved it off!!! Hallelugah!!
I was going through one of my many statshes of papers that are hidden all throughout the house yesterday. Ya know, those stashes of papers that you need to get around to doing something with, but the in-laws are coming over for dinner in a half hour & you need to hide them in a drawer real quick. Ugh, I need to get more organized! Anywho.. I found my social security papers that I never mailed off. Yes... I'm still Sarah Kellerman-Stines. Yes... it has been over a year since I was married. Yes... If anyone tells my parents or Travis they will KILL me. My bad. That is one thing on my list to get done by the weekend. Whoopsie...
Am I the only Mom in the entire world who does NOT thinking carving pumpkins is a necessaity of a fall tradition?! Am I neglecting Luke by not letting him experience it? I HATE the smell of a gutted pumpkin. And although they look super cute lit up on OTHER people's porches, I just do not want a rotting pumpkin on my porch after a couple days. Oh I don't know... I think I will just wait til he is older & if my sweet little boy asks me to carve a pumpkin with him, I'll do it. Until then we will have regular ol pumpkins. hehe
I completely forgot that Halloween was this weekend & I still have no idea what my plans for Luke are going to be. Thank goodness he already has a costume. Otherwise, I would of defintely not recieved the Mother of the Year Award once again....
I have the new episode of Teen Mom just waiting for me on my DVR. But I chose to blog instead. See how much I love you?
I was craving mini tacos today, so I went to the deli @ IGA. It made me miss high school. Just a "little bit". I love my life now more than I ever have. But lordy lordy, was it soooo easy back in the day.
Someone came to look at the house again last night. They seem very interested and are supposed to call us back after talking to the bank. Apparently, they have to be out of their house by November 30th. EEEKK!! Know what that could mean for the Roscow's?! Yup. Having no place to live right before Luke's Birthday/Christmas/New Year's YAYYYY!! I actually am starting to get really sad about this whole adventure. Yes, we are outgrowing our itty bitty house. But it is our first home. And now that it is getting down to it, I'm going to miss it.
I ordered even MORE stuff for Luke's birthday party last night. I'm starting to obsess a little. But look at this super cute outfit he will be wearing to his party :)
I have 397289347 pictures on my camera that need uploaded. And 84092 posts I need to make. But I just.do.not. have the time this week. Which reminds me, back to homework I go :(

Haha, I totally get the stash of papers thing. We've gotten better at it, but now I feel like we just have drawers busting at the seams instead of random piles here and there. And you are not crazy for not loving pumpkin carving. I do, but I get it! Luke will have his own family traditions to look back on, and whatever you do is his "normal." But if our kids were to get married, this could be a point of contention in their household. :)
Love the outfit! Good luck with the house!!
