I think the time has come...

Luke is slowly transitioning to the Big Boy Room at daycare. Which means they will start potting training him whether Mommy is ready or not. Since I am still off school for a couple more weeks,
I thought it was a perfect opportunity to attempt this dreaded battle.

The potty chair above is the one that I have had my eye on for awhile.
It's cute AND sings when you tinkle in it!! FUN!! I just read some reviews on Target.com, most were good!
There is always one or two negative nancies. bahaha!!!!

Well, considering that Keegan wasn't potty trained until right before his third birthday, I really don't have any good advice to share, except that he will do it when he is ready. And if you take him to DYC their "potty training" in the big boy room is just putting him on the potty every time they change his diaper, they don't actually try too hard. Also, everyone I talked to with boys told me that potty training didn't actually happen until closer to 3 so if you can do it now that is AMAZING!

Keegan has that potty and I never had any problems with it!

Seriously?!?! They(DYC)have me FREAKIN out!!

Thanks for the info, now I won't beat myself up as much about it. I thought 2 was too young, even though Luke does so 'some' interest in it. I'll keep my fingers crossed. It would be lovely to only have one in diapers come July though. Ahhh, wishful thinking haha!!

Take a look at my blog post under Our Little Family. I wrote some ideas for potty training when we started with Wyatt. www.vincentchristinewyatt.blogspot.com
