Hello September

Can you believe it...September already?! Ahhh, I love September.

"Lifestyle Change"-Week 7: I have LOST 10.5 inches!!!!!!!! 4 in my waist, 2 in my hips, and the rest was in my legs, arms, neck, shoulders, etc. I could NOT believe it!! I knew I had lost something in a few areas, but I wasn't expecting that. Sooo happy!! I was about to give up but that just gave me more motivation than ever. ((And NO I still haven't used my skinny wrap. That was ALL me!!!))

I am also proud to report that I finally met my goal of working out FIVE times this week. Yessss!!!!
Still watching my calories. It's getting easier. But I still hate it. I just want to eat what I want when I want it.

I have decided that I am going to run jog my first 5k!!! I have done quite a few 5Ks. Walking that is. Never even thought about doing anymore than that. But I need something to push me a little farther. I need to feel empowered and I think that will do the trick. Heck, I did a 5K 7 months pregnant while pushing two 2 year olds in a double stroller. I can do this!!!

Baby Updates!!

Logan is 11 weeks!! Ahh, I love it. Sure who wouldn't want a newborn to stay a newborn forever but...he is really getting quite the personality. He can be a little dramatic at times. Every single time he cries, he has REAL tears. Good little actor. I would be concerned IF he the waterworks didn't stop the second I pick him up. Little booger :) He giggled for the first time yesterday (and of course, hasn"t done it since) but it was amazing! And the smiling..oh em gee!!! Constantly smiling, it melts my heart.

And Luke. Can't forget about Lukey Baby!! My 2 almost 3 year old :(
He is becoming quite the stink butt. I actually had to turn the t.v. off this morning to get him to listen to me. It worked!! I feel like I just passed Parenting 101 or something. Haha, I stll remember what Chris Rock said once "You don't get your grade as a parent until they are at least 25" So keeping my fingers crossed!! But other than the few temper tantrums, he is the joy of my life. I love our conversations we have together. I still can't get over how cool it is to talk to your kid and have them talk back. Crazy!!  And he is such good big brother. He loves Logan so so sooo much!! Constantly lovin on him and telling him how cute he is.

My heart is so full of love and my waist is getting smaller. Absolutley high on life at the moment!! I'm looking forward to what September will bring :)
