hey hey!! long time no post. that will all be changing real soon. only one more week in october & then things will start to slow down.
i confess that last night i packed my husband a cooler. hooserish? tacky? i don't care. he didn't complain one time during our professional pictures AND took us to dinner afterwards!! happy daddy - happy mama :)
i confess that last night was the first time we (trav & i) have ever taken both boys out to dinner by ourseleves. successful. horray!!
i confess that i am pretty much obsessed with gene simmon's family jewels. that guy is halirious! i watched gene & shannon's wedding last night. put kim's to shame!
i confess that i used to be the biggest cardinal fan ever. like really, i tape recorded (yes...no dvr way back in my high school days) every game i missed because of work and stayed up until wee hours of the night watching the whole darn thing. i lived and breathed cardinal baseball. i could tell you every player, stat, you name it - i knew it. that all changed of course when luke was born. what mama has time to watch every single game? let alone a whole game? so anywho...the last couple games i have been keeping close eye on for obvious reasons. last night i came to a realization. i really don't like mlb. last night those boys played hard. with all their heart and soul. real baseball. mlb isn't real baseball anymore. it's money. why can't they play like it's the world series every game?
i confess that i have a huge paper due wednesday and i haven't even begun to start it. i'll pay someone to write it for me!! i'm not joking....
i confess that the last confession is why i have redirected my "college plan". more on that later. i need advice.
i confess that i haven't bought one darn pumpkin or mum this fall. the one day i actually had a little free time to take the boys to the pumpkin patch it was pooring down rain. ughhhh. sunday! we are going come hell or high water.
i confess that we have to go to the pumpkin patch on sunday because mama really wants some kettle corn ;)
i confess that i cheated on steve, my nail tech yesterday :S i loooove him. but...he's on vaca for a whole freakin month! so i decided to go to american nails. gasp! huge deal folks. they guy did a great job on my nails! but i completely remembered why i don't go there. one it's dirty. two don't talk on your phone/other employees when i'm paying you for a service. and three speak english! ugh it is so rude. please come back steve!!
i confess that steve is coming to RED BUD!!! (yes...don't tell anyone) but he is opening a lily's in the bud. isn't that exciting?! i like to think i had a little somethin somethin to do with that ;)

heather, i really really hope i get to see you saturday!! it might be a short visit if i have the boys.

That Cardinals confession brought a flashback to my memory of geometry in high school like 6 years ago and there was a Cards game on and you had a radio and headphones so you could listen to it...I have no idea why I remember that but I don't think Ms. Rudy enjoyed it too much. It made me laugh though :)
Do they do eyebrows at Lily's? I REALLY need to get mine done but I won't be able to get an appointment with the girl that does mine for a couple of months...and I already look like a man.
I hope you come tomorrow!!! There will be other kids there so no worries...I could definitely handle getting my hands on that baby also.
They do! But I always go to Kathy Valleroy at Charlie's Cut N Style. She does an amazing job!! And totally will wax your whole face without making fun of you lol.

Katie, that's halirious. I don't remember that...but it sure sounds like something I would do. Maybe that's why I failed that class. Whoops!
