Ahh, I was so excited to see the scale this morning! In two weeks, I have reached my first goal of losing 5% of my body weight! I have a long way to go (like 30 pounds long) but I know this isn't going to happen over night. Though, wouldn't that be ahhmazing?!

Tonight is bunco. Bunco, where everyone brings something
fattening delicious. I don't know. Part of me says "celebrate" and the other part of me says "cool your jets". I haven't even made it to 10 pounds. I don't think I have much room for cheat days yet.

Do both dude! Celebrate with a few bites of the good stuff and then cool your jets with a few bits of the healthy stuff!

DO IT!!! We could work out together!!! I have an AWESOME workout my PT gave me. It's only 15 minutes/6 days a week. And apparently you are supposed to lose a pound a week without even changing your eating habits! I did it for three days and stopped. But it's not hard. I just got lazy?!
I've been waiting for them to do free sign up...I know they usually do it towards the end of the year. See how cheap I am?! I want to start tanning too. And I'm getting my hair dyed really, really dark brown on the 26th. I'm going to be a totally different person!
Watch out Ms Kardashian haha. Tanning makes me FEEL skinnier for some reason lol. You will look super cute with dark hair!! LOVE IT!!
Good job! I think little rewards in moderation will help you stay on track! Load your plate up with healthy things and leave a little room for a treat. :)
I agree...you need to have a treat here and there, you deserve it!! Don't go too crazy, though...you'll be so mad at yourself if you do after all your hard work.
