Never been so excited to see a Monday in my life!!
Even though our weekend was great
& I didn't want it to end.
Friday night we went to the drive-in to see Madagascar 3.
It was a perfect family night. A definite summer must from here on out.
Saturday we had a birthday party, that was loads of fun!!
And I fell in love....
Seriously. I don't even like Jalapeno or even really anything hot.
But they weren't hot, they just had the flavor (yes of jalapeno that I don't even like)
Maybe it's the pregnancy. Or maybe they are just freaking delicious.
Go get you some!
The rest of the evening we had some much needed Matty/Papa time.
With a little Mom/Nana time.
My parents are workaholics with crazy hours.
And I HATE it. Moving on...
Sunday. Oh Sunday....
I woke up at 4:43 a.m.
Why?!?!
Pepe Le Poo decided to pay us a visit.
Our entire house smells. The inside. The outside.
And poor Hooch got the worst of it.
Right in the mouth.
Grrrrrrrrr!!!!
((Any wise suggestions to get the smell out?!))
I was saved by getting out of the house for the day
by going to the Elephant Bar & Mall
with some old friends.
It was nice eating lunch with two hands!!
I had success finding the most comfortable, simple, classy
dress for my cousin's wedding next weekend!
Caute right?!
This week is a busy one!
And today is a BIG day in the Roscow house!!!
First and most importantly...
It is Luke Matthew's 1/2 Birthday!!!!!!
Yes, in 6 months I will have a 4 year old. Whaaatt :(
And yes, my boys are 4 days shy of being exactly 2 and 1/2 years apart.
Seriously. I fall more in love with this boy every.single.day.
He puts the 'Horrible 3s' to shame.
An old soul, just like his Mama.
And hands down, my best friend.
Also...
I am 16 weeks pregnant today!!
Which also means...
ULTRASOUND TODAY!!!
Ahhh, the suspense is killing me.
But truthfully,
I'm a little nervous.
There is quite a bit of pressure put on me.
Ya know, because I have a choice on what gender our baby is....
As most of you know,
girls are non existent in our family.
I have all brothers.
I have all brother-in-laws.
I have all nephews.
I have all sons.
Of course, the grandparents are dying for a girl.
And now I'm getting the itch from my husband as well.
Yup, you read it right.
My usual non sensitive hubby got a little 'sensitive'
over the weekend.
He wants a girl. Like really really wants a girl.
I don't want to see disappointment on his face when we hear
"It's a BOY!"
Because 'it' is a boy.
I know it.
And I'm okay with that.
3 Mama's Boys can't be thaaat bad :)
And besides...
I will finally get the name I wanted with both L&L!!
Either way, I will be happy.
Healthy baby is all I could ever hope for.
And well...
If it is a girl, we might go bankrupt.
And if it is a boy, there will be a special place in heaven for me!
So in other words.
I don't care if it is a boy or if it is a girl.
I'm estatic to just KNOW.
I'm ready to give peanut a name &
get started on the nursery!!
So keep your phones on hand
and your FB creeping skills up to par ;)

Aaaahhhhh!!!! I can't wait to hear the news!!! We need to get together Thursday night to celebrate!
Do you have a Scentsy warmer in your house? If not you can borrow some of mine.
Yay! So fun, can't wait to hear the news!
I think I'm just as anxious as you are to find out!! Ok, maybe not quite as much as you but I still can't wait!!
And the part about Travis getting emotional about wanting a little girl made me do an "ahhhh" out loud...love it!
I really really hope that you get your heart's desire, but yes, praying for a healthy baby in there first and foremost!! I'm so excited for you - enjoy this day! Love you! :)
I am beyond excited for you today -your appt has on my calendar (kidding, but it should be)
Being able to see your healthy baby today should be the #1 priority...the rest is all fluff (rather is be pink or blue) =)
Good Luck!!
Do you have a creative little way to announce it? I mean your announcment of baby #4 was pretty darn cute!!
