L Updates!!

oh em gee.
i cannot stop crying.
babies being born.
my babies growing up.
teen mom ending. joking. kinda.
pregnancy hormones.
it needs to stop.
i'm all about a good cry.
but this is getting a little extreme.

luke matthew update

i am now a proud mama of a
PRESCHOOLER!!
 say whatttt?!

how do you go from this...

to this???

be still my heart.

we did it all right.
got a new school haircut.
got new school tennis shoes.
got a new school bookbag.
(batman of course)
made a present for our new teacher.

and.
a new school routine.
holy smokes.
that's been challenging.
bedtime hast always been 9.
i'm not exactly sure why.
but it has always worked for the family.
bedtime is now 8.
which means we have to start
getting ready for bed around 7.
dad doesn't even get off work til 6:30 or later.
i am a stickler on eating family dinners.
this is a dilemma.

the first day...
we pull up in the school parking lot.
luke said he didn't want to get out.
he said "no! i don't want to go to school.
i want to stay home with'chew & loggie"

see. i anticipated this.
mommy instincts had us sitting out in the
parking lot a half hour before he needed to be there ;)

i didn't force him
or try to convince him to get out.
and sure enough, after seeing a couple other kids
walk into school. he decided it is what he wanted to do too.

deep breath mama.
so so so soooo bittersweet.

and you know what?
he did great.
when he went into the classroom
he knew exactly what to do.
he followed his teacher.
turned around.
smiled & waved.
and he was gone.

out of my life for 3 hours.
3 long hours :)

he is doing wonderful!
his teacher says he is very polite
and well behaved. phew!
and the best part?
he still misses me.
i don't know what i'm going to do the day...
i pick my babies up & they don't have that
'christmas morning' look on their face.

he has also started his
 first soccer practice.
ay ay ay.
that didn't go as well.
he looks freakin adorable in his
preemie shin guards & little cleats but...
the whole 'i am not going to participate' attitude.
not cool.
he wants to play football.
not soccer.
maybe next week. bahahaha.

logan bradlee update

this little booger....
is not only into everything,
he isn't afraid of anything either!
he will be my first er trip.
i know it.

he has learned to open doors.
which means if you take your eyes off of him
for one second, because that's all it takes...
he is in the bathroom.
or in the pantry. or outside.
we just recovered form an evil knievel stunt.
and two bruises to the face.
and the child eats enough for him & his brother.
can we say sam's club member fast enough?

he is just like his father.
just like him.
drives me crazy.
then he does the sweetest thing ever.
and i forgive him.
lord help me.

he's lost without his brother for 6 hours a week.
but mama is gonna take total advantage of having
some loggie bear time for the next two months
before baby liam arrives :)

liam james update

oh liam <3 p="p">
mama is over being pregnant.
i'm sooo sooo ready to meet you baby boy!!

monday we hit a milestone.
27 weeks = 3rd trimester!!
i keeping thinking...
at this point in pregnancy with luke
i had 12 weeks left.
at this point in pregnancy with logan
i had 10 weeks left.
so.
liam.
let's shoot for 11 more weeks
 okay sweet baby :)

7 month check up a week from today.
i'm assuming we will be setting a date
for the dreaded c-section.
from a few girls i've talked to that have had a
planned c-section with a 2nd pregnancy
said they usually schedule it 7 to 10 days before your due date.
7 days. perfect.
even though i highly doubt my body will wait that long.
10 days. bad news bears.
that is the weekend my dad is out of town &
my mom will be overloaded with holiday happenings.
what was she thinking?
buying a bar AND being on chamber. ugh!
but! my hubby did surprise me...
he did NOT get deer tags for shotgun season.
i know. i know.
i gasped too.
he's finally gettin 'it'
well kinda...

in other news.
after being glued to my phone for 25 hours.
i got a glimpse of this precious baby.
austin, also known as liam's bff <3 p="p">

yup. i am already in love.
so happy for trevor & rachel.
couldn't think of more deserving parents.
they have gone through a lot of heartache to get this little miracle
and he was definitely worth the wait, perfect :)

I've seen a lot of "first day of school" pics in the past 2 weeks, but that pic of Luke in the hallway made me tear up!!

I think our children are mirror images just in boy/girl form. :) I'll be praying for easy babies for the both of us, haha. Love Luke's school pictures!

I couldn't send Ty to preschool just yet. I cried when I dropped him off in the daycare room with the big kids. How can these babies be growing up so fast?!
