I'm starting the Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred tonight. (This is not the first time I've "started" it) However, this time I'm going to blog about it. That way, I will feel obligated to stick with it. Right?! I started a "life style change" last Monday & have stuck with it for a whole week! Now it's time for the exercising part of the challenge! We shall see... I also starting reading the book "Women Food & God" which I'm hoping will help me on this journey. Every woman who has ever been an emotional eater HAS to buy this book! "Real change happens bit by bit. It takes great effort to become effortless at anything. There are no quick fixes."
