Baby to Toddler overnight

We are on Night 3 of the big transition from a crib to a toddler bed. The first night....hmmm....that was fun! I think Luke was too excited/nervous to go to sleep. He never actually got off the bed, but was constantly putting his hand out to make sure I was still there. He eventually fell asleep at 2:12 a.m. suofisdhjflsijfiow!! However, when we checked on him in the morning, he was still asleep IN the bed. The second night worked out perfectly, he fell asleep on my lap watching t.v. so I just laid him in the bed with no problems. Tonight...Daddy is sleeping on the floor next to him & at the moment I don't hear a peep out of either one of them. I can't say Luke is doing great or not so great with this whole transition with the fact that I am a newbee. This is a learning process and I will sure to take notes for the next lil Roscow.  All in all, this is a fun experience. Luke is soooo eager to show off his new bed to everyone that comes over. It's too cute. He pats the bed and goes "awww, nice" hehe.
